Steps to Enroll at The Genesis School
1) Complete enrollment forms
For best results on phones and tablets:
- Tap the form button
- Open the PDF in your device’s PDF app or Google Drive
- Fill out and save the form
- Email the completed form to enrollment@gogenesisschool.org
2) If a Cleveland resident, complete the Cleveland Scholarship application
The Cleveland Scholarship will ensure your child’s costs are met to attend The Genesis School.
3) If living outside Cleveland, fill out the Ed Choice Scholarship application
The EdChoice Scholarship will ensure your child’s costs are met to attend The Genesis School.
