Steps to Enroll at The Genesis School
1) Complete enrollment forms on our parent portal and gather documents
Documents we’ll need for your student:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Parent/Guardian Identification
- Immunization/Shot Record
- Proof of Residency
- Medical Information
- Proof of Custody (if applicable)
- School Records (if applicable)
2) If a Cleveland resident, complete the Cleveland Scholarship application
The Cleveland Scholarship will ensure your child’s costs are met to attend The Genesis School.
3) If living outside Cleveland, fill out the Ed Choice Scholarship application
The EdChoice Scholarship will ensure your child’s costs are met to attend The Genesis School.
